Apollo's Hegemony Hydroxo-adeno B12 is a dietary supplement containing vitamin B12 in two unmethylated forms - adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin. These are the forms naturally found in the body and food.

Adenosylcobalamin also referred to as "mitochondrial vitamin B12" has 5-deoxyadenosine in its molecule. It is the bioactive form of vitamin B12, requiring no further metabolic changes.

Hydroxocobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that has a hydroxyl (-OH) group in its structure. It is an inactive form, and in the body, it is metabolized to active methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
